Hesston Taylor is a Sulphur Springs native. He was born and raised in Hopkins County and graduated from Sulphur Springs High School. Hesston loves to spend time with his family and be outdoors.
Matt is a gentleman of many talents. He has travelled the country as a full-time evangelist, served as senior pastor for two different churches in Virginia, as a District Representative for a former Member of Congress, several political campaigns including two Presidential campaigns, and as a lobbyist for a government relations firm in Richmond, Virginia and Washington, DC. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Public Administration from Liberty University in 2015 and a Master of Science degree in Political Science from the same institution in 2020. Subsequently, he enrolled at the Dallas Institute of Funeral Services in Dallas, Texas, where he successfully completed his Associates degree in Applied Sciences in September 2023. During his free time, Matt enjoys reading, teaching Federal Government at a local community college, and spending time with his children, Russ, Rylee, and Reagan.
Jordan Story brings compassion and efficiency to the role of Office Manager at our funeral home. With a background in customer service and a dedication to serving others during their most difficult times, Jordan ensures that every aspect of our office runs smoothly. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor provide comfort and support to grieving families as they navigate arrangements. Jordan is committed to upholding our funeral home's legacy of care and professionalism, making them an integral part of our team. Her family is from the Emory area, and she moved back a few years ago for her and her three daughters to be closer to family.
