William Mitchell Wallace, Jr. was born on February 15, 1929, in Houston, Texas, the son of William Mitchell and Flora Gunter Wallace. He married Lola Wallace. She survives. Mr. Wallace passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.
