Venda Kencaid

Funeral services for Veneda J. Kincaid, age 75, of Yantis have been scheduled for Friday, August 23,2013 at 2:00PM at Tapp Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Ragsdale officiating. Interment will follow in Yantis Cemetery with B.J. Billings, Justin Furstenburg, Jeff Walker, Mike Bustillo, Kenneth Kincaid, and Troy Austin serving as pallbearers. Her grandchildren will be serving as honorary pallbears. A visitation will be held Thursday evening, August 22,2013 at Tapp Funeral Home from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
Veneda Kincaid was born the daughter of David and Josie Tidwell. She married Thomas Kincaid in Dallas, TX in June of 1956. He survives. She was a retired Telephone Operator and was a member of the Lakeside Assembly of God in Alba. Mrs. Kincaid passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at her residence.
Survivors include daughters, Sheryl Furstenberg and Susan Christian; sisters, Shirley Hill, Uvonne Ross, Bonnie Lantrip, Mary Tidwell, and Barbara Sorenson; brothers, David Tidwell and Danny Tidwell; grandchildren B.J. Billings, Ashley Billings, Laci Billings, Staci Austin, Justin Furstenberg, Rickki Meridith, Brandie Maqueda, Keisha Bush, and Kiristian Christian; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
