 A funeral service for Travis Berry, age 95, of Sulphur Springs will be held at Tapp Funeral Home, June 25, 2024 at 11 A.M. Travis passed away peacefully at his home, surround by loved ones, on Friday June 21, 2024.

 Travis Herny Berry, son of the late Dote and Bettie Berry was born November 27, 1928 in Sulphur Springs Texas. He attended school in the North Caney community. He accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was a member of the Cherry Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Berry was a trustee and faithful member until his health failed. He wed in Holy Matrimony with Authur Lee Washington, June 28, 1952. He was employed by Home Lumber Co. for 50 years. 

 Mr. Travis Berry leaves to cherish his, Grandson, Jeromy Boutte of Sulphur Springs, Texas, his great grandchildren, Kehlani and Naledge, his sister Rammie Rose of Dallas, Texas, his sister in laws, Thelma Hall (Jones) and Vernell Washington of Sulphur Springs, Texas. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews

 He is proceed in death by his parents, Dote and Betty Berry, his daughter, Linda Joyce Porter and his sons Larry Darnell Berry and Ricky lee Berry, his brothers, Tracy, Floyd. D.B, and Douglas Berry, his sisters Elvira, Verna Mae, Willie Mae, Odell, Lillian, Dorothy, Mary Ane and Jerlean.
