Richard Shaw

Graveside services for Mr. Richard Shaw, age 82, of Sulphur Springs, have been scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 1:00 PM. A visitation will be held at Tapp Funeral Home Monday, November 6, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Interment will be at City Cemetery in Sulphur Springs.
Richard Shaw was born on April 22, 1935, the son of Donnie Shaw and Pink El Brigham Shaw. Mr. Shaw was a farmer. He passed away Friday, November 3, 2017 at Rock Creek Nursing and Rehab.
Survivors include, daughters, Netra Shaw of Greenville and Ruthie Nelson and husband David of Tyler; step- son, Joe H. Sims of LA, CA; brothers, Leo Shaw, Jessie Shaw and Ronnie Joe Shaw; sister, Vela Mae Shaw.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ennis Shaw; sister, Mary Shaw.
