Joshua Highfield

Funeral services for Joshua Archie Highfield, of Pine Forest, are scheduled for Monday, February 22, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., at the Pine Forest Methodist Church.

Mr. Highfield passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2010, in Pine Forest, in a four-wheeler accident. He was born on November 22, 1978, in Ft. Worth, TX, the son of William Archie Highfield and Barbara Jean Jones Highfield. He married Nichole Connor, in Sulphur Springs, on August 14, 1999. She survives.

Mr. Highfield was a chicken rancher, employed by Bain Farms. He attended Como United Methodist Church.

Other survivors include: his father, William Archie Highfield, of Pine Forest; a son, Connor William Highfield; his paternal grandfather, Archie Highfield; maternal grandparents, Robert and Noveline Jones, of California; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mr. Highfield was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Jones; and paternal grandmother, Jean Elizabeth Highfield.
