Jason Paul Riner passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health and Fitness Center in Lindale, Texas.

Jason Paul Riner was born November 19, 1962, in Dallas, Texas, to Paul H .and Barbara (Penny) Riner. Jason attended Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas, where he played on the High School Golf Team. After High School, Jason attended and played golf for the University of Texas in Austin, Texas and North Texas University in Denton, Texas. Jason never lost his love for golf. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gilmer, Texas.

Jason is survived by his fiance', Chris Knavel; his mother, Barbara Bradley of Holly Lake Ranch; step-father, Don Bradley; daughters, Elese Marie Kennedy of Lindale, Texas and Kalle Riner of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Brantley, Harli and Charlese all of Lindale, Texas; brother, Steve Comer of Lindale, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul H.Riner.
