Gerald Edward Killam

Gerald Killam was born on September 11, 1968, in Dallas, Texas to Jimmie Jerel and Henrietta Gayle (Holland) Killam. He was the life of every party, bringing joy and laughter wherever he went. A lover of outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and working on the farm. Gerald always found happiness in hands-on activities and was eager to dive into any project at hand. 

 

Gerald is survived by his daughters, Whitney Killam and her husband Patrick Luper of Arlington, TX; Paige Killam of Cooper, TX; as well as his Son, Cy Killam and wife Cierra of Sulphur Springs, TX. He cherished his grandchildren, Rylee Simmons, Raegan Simmons, and Rance Simmons of Cooper, TX, and Dellah Killam of Sulphur Springs, TX. Gerald is also survived by his two brothers, Brent Killam of Austin, TX, and Wesley Killam of Sulphur Springs, TX; his sister Lari Folmar and her husband Mark of Yantis, TX; aunts, Mary Leshe of Yantis, TX Marcia Black of Gautier, MS and Sarah Jane Stephens of Westminster, TX; uncle, Mike Killam of Arlington, TX; Nieces, Kandis Killam, Jennifer Killam, Jill Barker, Kaley Wagner, and Rachael Showalter; and Nephew Ryan Folmar. He also leaves behind special friend Cindy Mathes of Sulphur Springs, TX, along with many beloved cousins and friends. 

 

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, his uncle Steve Killam, aunt Laverne Watson, and niece Kassie Killam.
