Dizzy Ransom

Funeral services for Dizzy Ransom age 61, of Sulphur Springs will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Tapp Funeral Home with Timothy Sharp officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Tapp Funeral Home. Mr. Ransom passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his residence.

Dizzy was born on November 11, 1959 in Sulphur Springs to Alfred Nash and Sybil Fletcher Ransom. He retired from the city of Sulphur Springs City Sanitation Department.

Suvivors include special friend, Linda Faye Brooke; stepdaughter, LaKindal Mitchell; brothers, Timothy Ransom of Sulphur Springs, Johnny Nash of Sweetwater, Olan Nash of Amarillo; sister Abbie Nash of Dallas and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Dizzy was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Quencie Ransom, Blendia Thomas; brothers, Tommy Ransom, Lorenza Ransom, Loyce Nash, George Ransom and nephew, Jerry Ransom.
