She is survived by her children, Marilyn Darnell and husband, Chris of Colorado, Patti Blair and husband, Billy of Texas and Edward Sells and wife, Leonetta of Nevada, along with grandchildren, Matthew Sells, Joshua Sells, Samantha Klingler, Holly Blair, Carmel Blair, Charissa Shugg, Jarrod Darnell, Brandon Darnell, Thomas Darnell, Summerlyn Darnell, Arron Newman, Julia and Cheyenne Sells. She was also blessed with 8 great grandchildren, Isaac and Daisy Darnell, Gracelyn, Shia and Kenny Shugg, Maggie Klingler, Reagan Newman and Logan Sells and nephews, Kevin Hall, Ronnie Hall, Kelly Yoakum and niece, Colleen McDonald.
Celiau worked at Kemp Care Center as a nurse’s aid in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. She was a talented artist and loved to draw although this was something she never had a chance to pursue. She loved to dance and loved her cooking shows and the Hallmark movies. She loved flower gardens and reminisced often of her mother’s flower gardens. She lost her mother when se was only 17 and this made a lifetime impact on her and how she viewed the world and those around her. Her brother passed in March of this year and she was not aware of this because of her very frail condition. We can only imagine her joy and surprise now to be with her loved ones again.
She spoke often of her love for her family and her deep love for Jesus. She called Him, “My Jesus.” Her quick smile and playful, witty spirit shown through as she enjoyed taking the silly selfie pics with her grand daughter. She said “I love you” and “gimme a kiss” daily. Her final years were spent living first with her grandsons, Matt and Josh Sells and then in Colorado with her daughter, Marilyn and residing at The Little Sisters of The Poor in Denver.

Celiau was cute, precious and loved beyond measure.
