Brian Clayton

Funeral services for Brian Dwight Clayton, age 28, of Sulphur Springs, have been scheduled for 11:00am Friday, February 25, 2011 at Morning Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Troy Young officiating. Burial will follow in St. Luke Cemetery with Damien Perry, Chris Perry, Michael Edwards, John Edwards, Richard Corona, Ricky Mickens, Billy Edwards, and Jarian Godbolt serving as pallbearers. No formal visitation is scheduled.

Brian Dwight Clayton was born in Dallas, on January 11, 1983, the son of Paul Clayton and Camille Cameron. He was a member of the St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Clayton passed away at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital in Sulphur Springs on February 21, 2011.

Survivors include one son, Christian Clayton, of Mesquite; father, Paul Lynn Clayton, of Sulphur Springs; mother, Camille Lane, and husband, Marvin Jr., of Arlington; brothers, Paul Kirklin Clayton, and wife, Latrecia, of Sulphur Springs, Traylon Lynn Clayton, of Sulphur Springs; sister, Terrica Sturgis, of Crystal Springs, Mississippi; step sisters, Shaniqua Lane, of Arlington, Shandra Jones, and husband, Jonathan, of De Soto; grandmothers, Cassie Clayton, of Sulphur Springs, and Juanita Lee, of Dallas. He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Elgie Clayton, Donnell Lee, and Leo Cameron, II.
