Brenda Tolly

Funeral Services for Brenda Tolly, age 64, of Waxahachie, TX will be held at Murray Orwosky Funeral Home on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Richland Cemetery. A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.   Mrs. Tolly passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at her home in Waxahachie, TX.

She was born in Wichita Falls, TX on December 8, 1956 and was adopted by Jack Kinard and Louise Chadoin Kinard.  Brenda worked as a Supervisor of Housekeeping for Carriage House Manor and Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab before retiring and was a member of the Church of Christ.  She was married to Ken Tolly, who preceded her in death in 2020.

Survivors include: children: Nancy Valdez of Waxahachie, TX and Amy Moreno and husband, Johnny of Dilly, TX; grandchildren: Crue Medina and wife, Melissa, Selina Byers and husband, Patrick, J.T, Shotwell, Jolee Shotwell, Jeremy Shotwell, Hunter Valdez and Liz Pederson; great grandchildren: Isaiah and Summer Medina and Jaxton and Oaklyn Byers; brothers: Barry Kinard and Kerry Kinard; sister: Diane Underwood.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Jack and Louise Kinard; husband: Ken Tolly; son: Christopher Longbine; brother: Kevin Kinard
